We guarantee that all items resold through Fradley Homeware were returned to our retail partners for one of these reasons:
 

• Failed delivery

• Opened but no longer needed

• There’s a minor blemish (Grade B)

 

Some of our collection may have been used, however, we meticulously inspect, test and review all our products to ensure only the highest quality homeware is sold to our shoppers.

Each item will be marked as:

• Brand New in Box

• Grade B – means that although used, this product is in excellent condition for its age and if there are any cosmetic blemishes, they will be minor.

• Grade C – means that these products will most likely have some obvious signs of use, such as clear scratches and / or marks, however, this will only be cosmetic and will not affect the function and enjoyment of the product.
